Thank you for choosing us to create your personalized oil painting! Each painting is carefully handcrafted based on the images, sizes, and instructions you provide, making it truly unique to you.

2. Custom Orders
Because every painting is made just for you, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for custom orders. This ensures we can focus on creating a high-quality, one-of-a-kind piece just for you.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care to package your painting safely. If your painting arrives damaged during shipping or contains a production error (for example, it doesn’t match the image you provided), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will happily offer a free repair or replacement to make it right.

4. Order Cancellation
If your order has not yet started production, you may request a cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production begins, we cannot cancel the order, so please double-check your instructions and images before submitting.
